Methods of Payment
	Epic Jewelry accommodates several easy and convenient payment methods: • Credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa • Direct Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer: If you contact us to arrange a direct bank transfer, Epic Jewelry will offer a 3% discount on orders over $300.

Debit Card Use
	Because the financial institutions that provide them handle debit cards differently than credit cards, it may be possible to have a transaction where the purchase exceeds the daily limit allowed. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately and arrange for other accommodations.

Gift Certificates
	Epic Jewelry gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, but are fully transferable. These gift certificates are only redeemable at www.epicjewelry.com. Certificates expire on the date printed on the certificate.

Shipping

All orders are insured through delivery to you. The entire shipping process is risk-free to you. We do require all shipments over $250 to be signed for upon delivery. Anything below $250 will require a signature unless a signature waiver is on file with the shipping company. We do accommodate for shipping to alternate addresses on orders under $1,000. For orders over $1,000, we will require the shipping address to be the billing address of the credit card used for the order.

Sales Tax
	Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to the state of Iowa.

Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases as long as the piece is still in new and unused condition. Due to differences in monitors and settings, we cannot guarantee the size and coloring as it appears on your screen. In all items containing more that one gemstone, we use the average grade and measurements for carat, color, and clarity.

Conflict Diamonds
	To help play our part in the world diamond industry, we are committed to providing diamonds of known origins and channels. We agree very strongly with the Kimberly process that requires all US diamonds to be warranted to be obtained through legal channels. We always have, and always will completely support this process to help ensure that conflict diamonds do not enter our market.

Repairs
	We will gladly provide repair services for our customers. Please allow 10 working days for most simple repairs and more time for more complex repairs.
